We run series of training events and seminars throughout the year. Major programs we run at present are classified under five main categories namely;

2. HIV/AIDS Awareness Program
Based on statistic the population of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWA) hit the four millionth rank in the month of July (Journalist Against AIDS website) with most of these people being youths and this gave us a sense of urgency in coming up wth ways in which the epidemic can be tackled. Each year there are more and more new HIV infections, which shows that people either aren't learning the message about the dangers of HIV, or are unable or unwilling to act on it. Many people are dangerously ignorant about the virus, with surveys around the world showing alarmingly low levels of awareness and understanding about HIV amongst many groups. Education can help to overcome such ignorance, and thereby prevent HIV infections from occurring.  Education needs to be an ongoing process, because each generation of young people need to be informed about how they can protect themselves from HIV as they grow up. Older generations, who have already hopefully received some AIDS education, may need the message reinforced, so that they continue to take precautions against HIV infection, and are able to inform younger people of the dangers.We partner with other relevant bodies to plan, develop and execute projects and events aimed at accomplishing our goals.

3. Mentoring and Networking Program
The platform upon which present generation and future generations can be brought to a place of harmonious and profitable agreement is through mentoring and networking. Mentoring and networking provides the platform for the matured to impart the youths with the wealth of their experiences thereby impacting them for exploit. Our mentoring and networking events and programs are aimed at bringing experienced and matured personalities in the society in contact with youths and creating the platform for positive influence and relationship between both parties. There are four stages of mentoring that we focus on namely; Community, Schools, Workplace and E-mentoring.

4. Social Entrepreneurship Program
This program is about the craft and discipline of using entrepreneurial skills to solve social problems. It is a field that is rapidly emerging world wide and is beginning to have a profound impact on the social sector, for-profit philanthropy and corporate social responsibility. This program will explore the context and major trends for the application of entrepreneurial approaches in the social sector. Further, the program will focus on how to master entrepreneurial skills and apply them to social problems. These skills are urgently needed and are a great source of hope to creating lasting solutions to many challenges in our society and around the world that were once perceived as intractable.

5. Self Discovery, Awareness and Development Program
The greatest challenge anyone can have is the problem of not knowing why ssuch a person exists. The program is aimed at helping youths discover themselves thereby making the most out of life. There problem with most youths is the problem of self discovery and identity crisis where people try very hard to become like someone else simply because such people are making it in their chosen fields without taking cognisance of their individuality.
